The 8600 Series of DC electronic loads from BK Precision offer the performance of modular system DC electronic loads in a compact workbench format. With fast transient operation and high-resolution 16-bit measurement, these stand-alone loads can be used to test and evaluate a wide variety of DC sources: DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, battery chargers and photovoltaic panels.

Battery Test Function

The built-in battery test function uses DC mode to calculate its capacity, using a fixed charging current discharge. The user can specify the cutting conditions in voltage, capacity and time levels.

CR-LED mode

Use the load's unique CR-LED operation mode to test LED drivers. This feature allows the user to configure the resistor and forward voltage operation of an LED, to simulate typical LED behavior.
